As a garment company, we are responsible for producing waste. We started a sustainable movement to collect old socks for recycling or upcycling in order to reduce our environmental impact. To encourage people to join our movement, we usually include a cash voucher or a new pair of socks as a token of our appreciation.

Trade in Old Socks for New Socks
Just Better Socks Exchange was an event wherein participants swapped their old socks for a new pair. There was no monetary involvement during the process. The old socks were donated to Kloth Cares Bin.

We’ve partnered with The Playground Fit on their Open Day to bring awareness about sustainable bamboo charcoal socks, as well as educate gymgoers about textile waste and the importance of recycling and upcycling.

In partnership with FITOKIO, we participated in their Lava Festival as a vendor, educating about the importance of sustainability and offering freebies in exchange for old socks.

This two-day flea market, organized by YAS Microinsurance, allowed us to share information about our bamboo charcoal socks and the sustainable movement. Participants who donated their socks were eligible to receive a discount on their purchases.
